Flexo ruling unit (perfecting 2colors+ 2colors)
(1) Each ruling unit is individually controlled with circumferential and lateral adjustment. Perfecting configuration enable to do one pass on 2/2 color.
(2) Pneumatic eccentric cylinders controlled for consistent impression and infrared system for fast drying at high speed, the water base ink is constantly re-circulate for consistence color sensity.
(3) All the units are framed with reinforce alloy steel with up to 75mm thick for sturdy and durability at high production speed.
